It was easy to blame Arik Sharon, a Jew visiting the ancient Jewish Temple Mount as the supposed initiator. Except for the CHICAGO TRIBUNE none of the lead journals pointed out that 3 Arab Members of the Israeli Knesset incited the mobs after the Sharon visit or that the radical Iman (religious cleric) gave a fiery sermon in the Mosque on the Temple Mount Friday resulting in a presumed ‘spontaneous’ riot. The problem was that these youths, with the Waqf (Muslim caretakers) had prepared piles of stones, one pile fist-sized for throwing and others smaller for a sling shots. To the Arabs there is nothing more stimulating than the joys of rioting except perhaps for the exhilaration in preparing “The Spontaneous Riot”. Then there is the bleeding and howling for CNN cameras to point at their misery resulting from the riots they started. Arafat needs martyrs and coffin carrying parades followed by more rioting - then followed by more rioting. Here again, they wish to use the misery they brought on themselves after six lost wars of aggression and terror against Israel to claim what they call their ‘lost land’. Reports coming in indicate that Barak is pleading with Arafat to call off the riots to which, of course, Arafat gave the ‘Green Light’. We are also seeing the ‘Peace Worms’ emerging from their holes to make declarations on TV that somehow the hatred and pre-planned rioting was to be expected. Now the present day Sodomites of Washington have intervened, creating the fiction that the blame is to be equally distributed in a false labeling of moral equivalency. This will, of course, be coordinated with the Leftist Government of Ehud Barak who will offer further concessions to appease the rage of the mobs. The riots quickly spread across Israel from the South in the Gaza Strip to the North. Amazing what a well-coordinated uprising can accomplish with one signal from Arafat. The Arabs inside of Israel quickly joined their brethren. Yes, indeed, these were the rotten fruit of Rabin-Peres-Beilin-Barak now come to harvest, worms and all. The Leftist Government could have claimed that the failed Gaza-Jericho agreements were a mistake, but all the Agreements after that were deliberate, resulting in many dead Israelis. Clearly, the Leftists leaders along with the pacifist professors should be made to walk in front of the young Israeli soldiers, facing the killing rocks and bullets from guns they gave to Arafat’s Terrorist Police. CNN videographed joy on the faces of the rioters who were told that Jerusalem was theirs and the Temple Mount never belonged to the Jews. I am reminded of the Mau Mau in Africa who were told they could have the white men’s farms and women. All they had to do was to attack. The start of the riots began weeks ago with roadside bombs that killed an Israeli soldier guarding a civilian convoy. Later a Palestinian Policeman/Terrorist killed his Israeli partner in cold blood when they were on a joint patrol. Arafat explained that, they knew the man was unstable. I wonder how many more of Arafat’s Terrorist Police Force are unstable? Then there was the buildup to set the street mood of violence to come. The Arabs have been buying food and medical supplies for some time in preparation of their large show of force and the curfews that would result. The Arabs all knew what was coming - as did the Israeli Military Intelligence. The only one out of the picture was Ehud Barak. He was busy caressing Arafat in his own home while Arafat was measuring Barak’s bedrooms to see how many of his Palestinian thugs he could fit into Barak’s house once he took it over. THE JOYS OF RIOTING The ‘Joys of Rioting’ among the Arabs is well-known to Arab leaders. They know that it is better to kill a bunch quickly before it grows which they do quite well. Some may have forgotten in 1987 the start of the ‘intifada’ in Gaza - some of which was also beginning in Egypt. While the Rabin Leftist Government didn’t know what to do, the Egyptians on their side of the border pulled up trucks, killed a number of rioters, threw their bodies into the trucks and silence prevailed on the Egyptian side o f the border, But, in Israel chaos reigned with escalating throwing of stones, rocks, boulders, firebombs and bullets for 7 years without Israel effectively stopping it. Of course, King Hussein of Jordan killed thousands of Palestinians who also tried to revolt and take over that country they consider part of their State of Palestine. Only the Jews used restrained force which caused the rioters to grow more confident, resulting in bigger riots and more Jewish dead. The Jewish pacifists caused far more deaths by NOT allowing the IDF (Israel Defense Forces) to use necessary force to not only stop the riots but to dissuade the Palestinians from using confrontation as their macho ‘rite of passage’. The Israeli Leftist leadership is absolutely to blame for the ramping up of the riots and confrontation as the Israeli Doves sought to pacify and appease the Arab Hawks. Rabin, Peres, Beilin and now Barak carried forward a policy that killed their own people. More than 300 Israelis, including 12 Americans, were murdered by Arabs since the signing of the “Olso Peace Accords” September 1993, with thousands injured, some maimed for life. What’s worse - the Knesset and the Israeli people allowed them to do it. Their hunger for peace at any price made the Jews look weak to the Arabs, resulting in even more dead. I cannot help but wonder if our Knesset members can be persuaded to abandon their 3 month summer vacations and take care of their country? News media outlets CNN and the NEW YORK TIMES tried to elicit sympathy for the ‘poor Palestinians’ shot during the riots after they threw rocks, boulders, firebombs and now shooting with live ammunition from the very same automatic guns given to Arafat’s Terrorist Policemen. The Media desperately want to blame Arik Sharon for walking on the Jewish Temple Mount on the Eve of Rosh HaShonah. They claim Sharon started these ‘spontaneous’ riots across all of Israel including Jaffa, Nazareth, Acre and other sites inside of Israel’s so-called ‘green line’. According to Julie Stahl, the CNS Jerusalem Bureau Chief, the PA Media started provoking Palestinian riots weeks ago (1) Palestinian Authority TV and newspapers carried inciting messages some time before Sharon’s visit on the Temple Mount. Jibril Rajoub, head of the PA Preventive Security promised Israeli Minister of Internal Security and Acting Foreign Minister, Shlomo Ben-Ami that there would be no reaction to the Likud Party’s visit to the Temple Mount, as long as Sharon did not attempt to enter the mosque itself. This story was broadcast only once on Israeli radio and then buried until it appeared in the JERUSALEM POST October 4th. (2) The “Green Light” given by Arafat to release the rioters was not put into effect until the following day, Eve of Rosh HaShonah. That signal coordinated riots, even including the Palestinian Police, all across Israel including riots inside Israel by Israeli Arabs. Of course, that doesn’t stop the steamroller effect of the Media blaming Sharon as does Deborah Sontag of the NEW YORK TIMES: “The rioting began last week, after a nationalist Israeli politician, Ariel Sharon, visited the Al Aqsa Mosque area [sic] in Jerusalem in what American and European leaders have termed a provocation to Muslims.” And “...Joseph’s Tomb and the Gaza settlement of Netzarim are considered temporary, “bones in the throat” of the Palestinians, as they say, that would be dismantled in any full peace agreement”. “But, at times of conflict , they are settlements that prevent a settlement, points of friction what become obstacles to peacemaking. Israeli doves call them “little Alamos”. (3) I don’t remember reading Sontag quotes of Israeli nationalists. The HERALD’S editorial “Despair in Israel” is a diatribe blaming Sharon quoted from the WASHINGTON POST. “Start with Ariel Sharon, a conservative Israeli politician who provoked the fighting with his inflammatory visit to a Jerusalem site holy to both Jews and Muslims....His visit was apparently intended to not only sabotage the peace process but to better position him for a coming intra-party battle with former PM Benjamin Netanyahu.”....Israel government[’s...]traditional overreaction to rock-throwing youth.” The WASHINGTON POST also mentions in passing: “You see what happen when Palestinian police get guns - how much worse would it be when they have their own state?” (4) On the day of Sharon’s visit, three Israel Arab Members of Knesset (Parliament) were on the Temple Mount, inciting the Palestinians to attack the Jews. [Shouldn’t they be ejected from the Knesset for sedition and incitement to murder?] The Moslem Fundamentalist Central Committee of Moslem Scholars issue a statement that urged: “cancellation of all [peace] accords signed with the Jewish enemy” and called for the “shedding of blood of those [Jews] if they implement their outrageous crime...Now the rallying cry of these rioters is to “join the battle to protect al-Aksa” - as if Israel had any intention of taking it. Sadly, the fighting is violent. The PA has one division of soldiers split into three brigades in the Gaza Strip alone. Its 22,100 troops there are armed with about 7,000 assault rifles, 2,000 pistols, 150 heavy machine guns, 44 armored personnel carriers, 5 helicopters and 13 naval vessels. They are also believed to have 100 anti-tank missiles. 50% of their weapons are illegal according to Peace Agreement allowances. (5) Fatah, Arafat’s mainstream Palestinian faction within the PLO, has emphasized the military option as the main method of repelling occupation soldiers and herds [sic] of settlers. The Movement, in a statement faxed to Quds Press, gave 3 days for the ‘normalization institutions to close and declare an end to meetings with Zionists. “Let a Zionist soldier be killed for each martyr,...an eye for an eye,” the statement concluded. (6) Arafat knew that Barak would fail in his nerve and come to kiss his hairy face. Arafat was predicted to start a riot sooner or later because he needed the blood and martyrs that would cause an even greater uprising. He didn’t want to accept the concessions from a craven Barak as a gift; he wanted to win them in blood. (7) I have little doubt that, like Josephus, Barak will do the cowardly, traitorous thing and grant the violent PLO even more concessions. This runt with a ballooning ego, feels that he is a King, Emperor and Dictator who can make no mistake. He cannot understand that raining killing sized rocks and boulders down on the Jewish worshipers at the Temple Wall, the Kotel, demonstrates a solid, well-taught feeling of unalterable hate. The shootings at the Israeli soldiers by Palestinian/Terrorist policemen using Israeli supplied automatic weapons at Netzarim was not an anomaly. This is what they wanted to do and appeasement concessions by Barak or Peres/Beilin, only brought even more rage. Any respect the Arabs had for the Jews vanished with the simpering, whining and kissing by Barak. As for dividing Jerusalem and agreeing to Arafat’s sovereignty over the Jewish People’s most Holy Jewish Site, the Temple Mount, that was the final act of a defeated Barak. To allow the Temple Mount to be called Islam’s third holiest site made Barak and his cohorts look like perfect donkeys (and it’s hard to be perfect at anything). The two structures put up there by Muslims as a political statement were never treated as a holy anything until Arafat claimed it. Believing this Big Lie is an insult to all documented history.
