Construction of Har Homa Neighborhood Phase I Har Homa neighborhood will contain 2,456 housing units. Phase II Ulitmately in later phases, Har Homa will contain an additional 4,044 housing units. Har Homa requires no new land expropriations. About 75% of past expropriations for Har Homa were taken from Jewish landowners (1,400 out of 1.850 dunam). Only 450 dunams came from non-Jewish sources.
